Policies

Clifton High School is registered with the Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF), and is regularly inspected by the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI) and Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills (OFSTED) for Early Years Foundation Stage and Family Boarding. Our most recent OFSTED inspections have rated us "outstanding" for Early Years Foundation Stage (2008) and Family Boarding (2009)

Clifton High School has over sixty school policies which comply with the standards and regulations set out by the above authorities.  Clifton High policies exist primarily to ensure the safety and welfare of our pupils, as well as encompassing their learning, educational, social, cultural and moral experiences to enable them to become confident and resilient young people.

Copies of all school policies are available for parents on request from the main school office.  One of these policies covers our procedures for handling concerns and complaints.
