A Committed Team

Clifton High School provides a very high quality of education for its pupils.

This is achieved by appointing highly qualified and well motivated teachers and teachers' assistants who are adept at teaching and supporting within Key Stage 1.

They have considerable experience and a genuine passion for teaching young children, ensuring that each child is well supported in their learning.

In Years 1 and 2 the class teachers and teachers' assistants are supported by a network of knowledgeable and enthusiastic subject co-ordinators and our Learning Support team.

The curriculum is enhanced by the use of specialist teachers for some subjects.

Regular attendance at continued professional development training courses ensures that staff are well aware of educational initiatives and keep abreast of good practice.
