Our Leadership Team

At Clifton High School we take a modern, business approach to how the School is managed and run. Dr Alison Neill, Head of School, Dr Mark Caddy and Dr Helen Pascoe, Deputy Heads of School and Mr Guy Cowper, Director of Finance and Operations make decisions on strategy and the day-to-day running of the School. We have a strong Council of Governors, a committed team of teaching and business support staff and are supported by an inspiring and knowledgeable patron.

Under the leadership of Dr Neill and her excellent team, Clifton High School has been on an exciting journey over the last few years. Through their commitment, passion and innovative thinking they have transformed Clifton High into the flourishing, co-educational School it is today. They have had the foresight to embrace change and have a restless curiosity to find new and better ways of doing things. The leadership team has created a culture of optimism and energy with staff embracing the change but always having the best interest of the children and young people at the forefront of their minds; they have ensured that the School and the education it provides are current and relevant for today’s young people and their parents. Clifton High School’s story is one of success and due to its outstanding leadership, can look forward to the future with great optimism.
