The Tempest - Year 6 performance at the Tobacco Factory

A warm and thoroughly deserved congratulations to the thirteen Year 6 pupils and Director Mrs Bagnall, for their performance of Shakespeare’s The Tempest as part of the Shakespeare School Festival at the Tobacco Factory Theatre on 23rd November. The confidence and talent of our Clifton High children, with which they showcased intricate language, topics and plots resulted in a brilliantly convincing performance with the Programme Director commenting that “Clifton High’s Production was a joy to watch from start to finish.” Dr Neill shared her pride in the achievements of the children with the School community stating that the performance was “without doubt, a genuinely golden moment for Clifton High, quite simply because of the attitude and approach of the pupils… exemplary in every respect!”
