Welcome back to Clifton High School

Clifton High School welcomed all pupils, parents and staff back to school today for the start of the autumn term. This term promises to be a vibrant one, with events, excursions and performances planned. Our annual Marquee Week is being held at the beginning of October, which is an enriching week of activities bringing the whole school community together. We will see students showcase their talents in a variety of events, including the school’s annual production, The Sound of Music. The term will also include three open events and numerous sports fixtures.

Dr Alison Neill, Head of School, says:

“I am delighted to welcome all pupils and parents, old and new, back to another busy year at Clifton High School. On my visit to the classrooms this morning the children were keen to share their holiday experiences with one another and were setting themselves challenges for the year ahead.”

The first assembly of the year was also held today for pupils in the Junior School, Senior School and Sixth Form and there was a lot of infectious enthusiasm for the year ahead. The boys and girls and the staff all came together for Dr Neill to welcome everyone back for the new academic year.
