Year 9-12 Pupils Visit Oxford University

Thirty pupils from Years 9-12 visited the University of Oxford last Thursday to gain exposure to university life and to learn more about students’ experiences at university.

Pupils were given a guided tour of Lincoln and Exeter Colleges and listened to a talk given by the School Liaison Officer. Pupils also had the opportunity to talk to current undergraduates about their experiences of university life and the subjects they have chosen to study.

Several pupils commented on how useful and informative the visit was and how they now feel much more prepared to apply for a course at a competitive university.
